At our latest Lunch & Learn, the Page One team grabbed some snacks, pulled up our laptops, and dove into one of our favorite topics—AI. It wasn’t just theory or tech talk—we shared real ways we’ve been using AI to boost our productivity, spark creativity, and even plan vacations. Spoiler: we’re hooked.
How We Use AI at Work (And Save Ourselves a Ton of Time)
Eric started by discussing how he has built custom AI models to crank out ad copy and run competitor analyses. Instead of sifting through generic suggestions, he prompts his models for precisely what he needs, and they deliver. That means he's spending more time thinking strategically, instead of getting bogged down in busy work.
Callie jumped in next to show us how she uses AI for quarterly reporting and strategy planning. She feeds her data into ChatGPT with well-crafted prompts, which produce a clean summary, key takeaways, and often a few solid recommendations. It's become her go-to shortcut for cutting through the clutter.
Then Becky shared her favorite AI tools—Grammarly and Jasper—for polishing content across all our client brands. She uses them to keep tone and quality consistent while also speeding things up. Koren had us all nodding along as she explained how she’s using AI to build smarter topic clusters for B2B industrial clients. It's not just about keywords anymore—it’s about content that educates and converts.
How We’re Using AI in Our Real Lives
It turns out that AI is helping us at work and changing how we manage life outside of it, too.
Alexis talked about using ChatGPT to calculate her food macros and get thoughtful feedback on how to tweak her meals. And when it comes to Googling stuff? Nope. She skips it and uses ChatGPT for quick, straight answers.
Sunshine blew our minds with how she used AI to plan an entire 10-day Italy trip. AI helped her build the itinerary, tweak it when things changed, and even map out the route. (We’re already asking her for copies of her prompts.) Mike told us how he uses ChatGPT for workout tips, tattoo ideas, and creating a diet plan for his senior pup. Honestly, AI has become his assistant.
Creativity Unleashed: Cooking, Coding, and More
We also got into the fun stuff—how we’re using AI to fuel our hobbies.
Eric mentioned how he uses AI to time big meals when cooking. It helps him stay organized, especially at Thanksgiving when he's got five different things going at once.
Jared introduced us to this cool tool called Lovable.dev, which lets you build web apps and landing pages with just a few prompts. He even explained how it could integrate with GitHub and HubSpot, and we were all blown away.
Shayna uses Google Gemini to create album art and other visuals for her music projects. She says it beats other AI tools she’s tried, and her producer uses AI to mix tracks. Wild, right?
What’s Next: Tools We Can’t Wait to Try
Looking ahead, there are a bunch of tools we’re genuinely excited about.
Jenika’s working on an AI-powered funnel analyzer to give us deeper insights from HubSpot data. She’s also new SEO tools for automated SEO tasks and uses ohai.ai to manage everything from meal planning to calendar chaos.
Michael summed it perfectly: "AI’s better than a search engine for most things," especially when you need to summarize, troubleshoot, or clarify something. He’s particularly hyped about the Gemini model and the power of being an early adopter.
So, What Did We Learn?
Our Lunch & Learn demonstrates that AI isn’t just a trend—it’s a tool we’re weaving into nearly everything we do. Whether working on big campaigns, planning trips, or just remembering what’s for dinner, AI helps us do it faster, better, and with a little more brain space left over.
If you’ve been AI-curious, consider this your sign to start experimenting. We’re proof that it doesn’t have to be overwhelming—it can be fun.
Let us know how you use it—we continually seek new ideas.
