On August 30, our team had a milestone that was well worth celebrating when Page One Web Solutions reached 10 years of service. Any entrepreneur knows that keeping a small business successful is not easy. Statistics show that almost 80% of new businesses fail within their first 18 months. In order to congratulate our company on this major achievement, we planned a day of fun in the sun.
First, we celebrated with an in house lunch catered by Lois' Natural Marketplace. Then we took a little field trip and gathered at Pleasant Hill Disc Golf in Scarborough where we had a blast tossing (or attempting to) disks around the 18 basket course. After that, we met at Long Wharf in downtown Portland and climbed aboard Portland Discovery's charter boat, the Islander. We ate, drank, and danced the rest of the night away during a three hour cruise through the beautiful Casco Bay islands catered by Have Chef Will Travel. What a day!
