Page One Web Solutions is proud to announce that we were recently named one of the 2019 Best Places to Work in Maine.
The Maine State Council of the Society for Human Resources Management has just released its highly-anticipated 2019 Best Places to Work in Maine list, which includes local Maine businesses that are recognized as "outstanding workplace environments.” This year, there is a record-breaking 100 businesses included, which is the largest amount of companies ever recognized in this awards program.
Best Places to Work in Maine was designed to identify and honor the best places of employment in Maine, helping to benefit our state's economy, workforce and businesses. The list is made up of local companies in three size categories:
- Small (15-49 U.S. employees)
- Medium (50-249 U.S. employees)
- Large (250+ U.S. employees)
Page One is thrilled to have won within the Small Employer size category. We have recently celebrated our 13th year in business, having grown from a three-person start-up to a full-service multidisciplinary internet marketing and web development agency. We take immense pride in our team, whose endless hard work has supported our growth and development over the years, and are incredibly proud to have been awarded this title.
To be considered eligible for participation, companies had to fulfill the following requirements:
- Have at least 15 employees working in Maine
- Be a for-profit or not-for-profit business or government entity
- Be a publicly or privately held business
- Have a facility in the state of Maine
- Must be in business a minimum of 1 year
Page One Web Solutions will be officially recognized at the 2019 Best Places to Work in Maine awards ceremony on October 2nd. The final rankings will be announced at the event and in a special publication by Mainebiz, so be sure to keep a lookout for our placement!
